Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to join our sales team.You
will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
for our SEO services. Your in-depth understanding of search engine optimization, excellent
communication skills, and proven sales track record will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing
relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Business Development:
- Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our SEO services.
- Proactively reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach,
networking events, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients’ goals, challenges, and
requirements.
2.Consultative Selling:
- Educate potential clients on the value of SEO and its impact on their digital presence, search visibility,
and online growth.
- Tailor SEO solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, offering customized recommendations
and strategies.
3.Proposal Creation and Presentation:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to develop compelling and tailored proposals that address clients’
specific needs and objectives.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our SEO
services.
4.Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, addressing their questions,
concerns, and objections.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices to demonstrate your
expertise.5.Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Continuously manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and
progress tracking.
6.Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Regularly assess your sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to
enhance results.
7.Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the SEO industry and competitive landscape.
- Leverage market insights to position our services effectively and differentiate us from competitors.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on selling SEO services or digital marketing solutions.
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information to
non-technical clients.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving client needs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
